Frequently asked questions

What customers often want to know upfront

How fast do I get a quote?

Within one working day you receive a first response. A detailed quote follows within 3 to 5 working days.

What's the minimum series size?

With our master moulds we start economical production from a few thousand pieces β€” depending on product and material.

Which materials do you process?

Virtually any thermoplastic β€” from standard ABS, PP and PE to technical plastics like POM, PA and PC. Regranulates are also discussable. See the materials page.

Can you also make prototypes?

Yes. Our master mould approach makes prototypes and small series affordable. See For designers.

Do you handle assembly?

Yes. We combine injection moulding with assembly in one process β€” useful when your product consists of multiple parts.

Do you have ISO or other quality certifications?

No β€” and we're honest about it. We're a 70-year-old family business that leans on experience, craftsmanship and direct lines between customer, designer and production. For most of our customers, that's the proof of quality: a conversation with the people doing the work, a factory tour, and a long customer relationship that proves itself. Does your buyer require specific certifications? Let us know β€” we'll honestly assess whether we're the right partner.
